Both of my children have been
attending the TNUFA Hebrew Learning
Center for the past 3 years and they
truly enjoy it. They look forward to
their weekly class and enjoy their
time there. They have learned how to
read and write in Hebrew in the past
few years, are understanding what
they are reading, and have learned
many Hebrew words already. The
program is wonderful, and the
teacher/director is always kind,
loving, nurturing, and caring.
I see the progress my children have
made with the TNUFA Hebrew Learning
Center, they now have a broader
understanding of the Hebrew
language. This program is better
than others that I have tried and
seen in the past because of the
personalization that the teachers
have made towards what my children
need to learn. It is a small group
of children in the class, allowing
the children to receive more
personalized attention, hence
learning more in the process! It is
also a warm and nurturing
environment, that the
director/teacher has created, as
well as an organized and very clean
classroom setting, all of which are
essential qualities I look for in my
children's education. It is rare to
find a program that both your
children and you will love, but this
is one.
Thank you Nava for a great learning
experience, we are very happy we
found you and your program.

TNUFA-best thing in the
neighborhood
Nava, I wanted
to thank you for all the wonderful
work you are doing with
Eylon,
Aviv and Oron.
So, to say it simply—toda for all
the “hashkaah”—there is simply no
good word for that in English. The
tremendous efforts you put in your
work are visible and have a great
impact on the quality of the class.
Your classes are unique and
different—a step above most other
programs.
We see progress from week to week
and from year to year; from the
first year efforts to get to know
the letters, to now trying to read
whole news articles in Hebrew. From
understanding the story behind the
Hagada of Passover, to grasping
what’s between Mickey Berkowitz and
Yehuda HaMaccabi (both were Maccabim!).
Above all, the sweet surprise is to
see them looking forward all week to
your classes, knowing they do it all
with joy.
Many thanks again for all your
efforts.

“Nava Regev is an excellent Ulpan
teacher. She is knowledgeable,
energetic and concerned that her
students learn Hebrew. She actually
makes the learning fun as she
motivates her students by making
sure to include everyone.
As an English teacher and a
non-Hebrew speaker, I have learned
some techniques from Nava. At my age
(60+), I never expected to speak
another language. With Nava’s help I
hope to be able to converse in
Hebrew when I visit Israel next
year.

Both of my children are studying at
Tnufa Hebrew Learning Center. They
are enjoying every lesson and truly
excelling at reading and writing
Hebrew. The teachers, Nava and
Zahava, are very kind and warm and
teach Hebrew in an exciting way.
They use computer games, books,
puzzles, and board games to provide
fun and enrichment.
Often, after an entire day of
school, a child will not want to sit
for an hour and a half to learn, but
at Tnufa, in only one lesson a week,
Nava manages to teach children to
read and write Hebrew in just a few
months.

My
daughter learned an incredible amount of Hebrew this
year. Your classes pick up what is missing in a
traditional Hebrew school, comprehension of the
Hebrew language.
When she started I could easily help her out, but by
the end of the year her knowledge had surpassed
mine. The individualized method of learning helping
her progress at her own pace. She always enjoyed
going to class and was eager to learn.
