Private
cooking lessons: Cooking lessons are for up to 3
people. The menu will be customized by what you
want, if you want to learn a specific technique or
recipe. Or by your existing or non existing kitchen
skills.
A series of lessons is also available for purchase.
You can also give a cooking lesson as a gift to your
loved one.
Equip your kitchen- I will come to your house, look
at your kitchen and give you a questionnaire to
answer, so I can identify your culinary and
entertaining needs and abilities. After an
assessment meeting, we will meet again with workable
solutions.
Your kitchen will be updated with the best essential
tools that every chef has today in their kitchen.

Tasting Parties |

Tasting
parties: We eat every day (some of us all day!), but
do we really taste our food?
Tasting food like professionals involves all of our
senses, and a method of translating our sensations
into words.
A tasting party is a great way to get acquainted
with mindful eating.
You can choose one ingredient from the following
list ,and begin a new awareness of flavors, colors,
texture, and aromas.
Choose from : Chocolate, cheese, wine, tea, apples,
honey, cured meat or beer. I am also open to other
ideas too!
I will purchase for you the best variety that
represents your chosen theme.
The party is designed for 6-30 people, and is two
hours long.
I will come to your home, give an explanation on how
the food is grown or produced.
Teach you the 5 steps of tasting, and we will begin
the instructed tasting process. Then we will
translate our palate sensations into words.
Have fun sharing your feelings
and observations while learning the art of tasting
