Carmeli Kaspi was bornin the legendary city of Ashqelon, Israel, where Samson and Delilah’s mythological drama took place. Growing up in a big family, enriched her childhood with adventures and experiences that shaped her personality and ways she observed people’s lives and behaviors.

Carmeli is a graduate of “Beth Tzvi” Academy of Stage Arts. as well Tel-Aviv College - having degree in Multimedia and Visual Art.

Today Carmeli is a professional graphic designer and the proprietor of “Carmeli Studio – Art from the Heart”
Carmeli also wrote lyrics to several popular songs performed by prominent artists as-

- well as by herself (as a professional singer and actress). She traveled the world extensively which got her acquainted with colorful people of many cultures, an asset that helped her build well rounded fascinating characters.

Her Novel “The flame”, portrays characters that can be related to by readers regardless to their region and national background. “The Flame” is the first novel to be translated to English.
Carmeli’s writing is in the spirit of “The New age” encompassing psychological aspects and emotional events in people’s lives, which lead them through astonishing journeys, from “via-dolorosa” to glory, or the opposite direction.
 

 

Carmeli uses oil colors feeling their smoothness on the brush, with un-limited colors spectrum her paintings are mostly on canvas and sometimes she uses wood boards. Her style is a wide range of expressions, like naturalism, surrealism, portraits, and abstract. Also, Carmeli  draws custom  pictures by request where the customer chooses the subject, the colors and
